The fenugreek has plenty of uses.

You can use it to prepare curries and other recipes, it is a good as an antiseptic, but it is being used as facial scrub as well.

It is also used as a facial scrub for skin polishing. Here you can find this traditional Indian facial scrub:

You will need 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and 1 tablespoon of plain live yogurt.
Soak the seeds in yogurt for an hour then blend coarsely into a paste. Gently rub on to face and neck using circular movements, wash off after 15 minutes.
